• Restoration of surfaces affected by mold, algae, mildew, lichen, calcium buildup, and Gloeocapsa Magma

All services are designed for residential and commercial properties. We use eco-safe, EPA-approved cleaning products and adhere to National Roofers Association guidelines for roof cleaning.

2. Service Agreements

a. Estimates and Approvals

• Services are provided based on a pre-service inspection and written or verbal estimate.
• Prices, timelines, and scope of work are finalized prior to service commencement.
• Any additional work not included in the estimate must be approved in writing or verbally before it is performed.

b. Access and Utilities

• Clients must provide safe access to the property and ensure availability of water, electricity, or other utilities as required for the service.
• We are not responsible for service delays or additional charges resulting from restricted access or unavailable utilities.

c. Scheduling and Rescheduling

• Services are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of unsafe or inclement weather.
• Window cleaning services include a 7-Day Rain Guarantee, which may allow for re-cleaning if conditions interfere with service results.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Remove fragile or valuable items from service areas
• Disclose pre-existing surface conditions or damages
• Follow safety instructions provided by Hoover Remover Pros staff
• Avoid obstructing service areas during operations

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may affect results and may limit our liability for damages or service outcomes.

4. Guarantees and Satisfaction

• We offer Guaranteed Satisfaction on all services. If you are not satisfied with our work, notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will review the concern and, where feasible, re-perform the affected area at no extra charge.
• Results may vary depending on surface conditions, weather, and environmental factors. Guarantees apply only to services performed by Hoover Remover Pros and within the agreed scope of work.
• Bulldog Gutter Guards are covered by a 25-year manufacturer warranty.

5. Liability Limitations

• Hoover Remover Pros is not liable for pre-existing property damage, normal wear and aging of materials, hidden defects, or results affected by external factors beyond our control.
• Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.
• We do not guarantee the removal of all stains, discoloration, or growths that cannot be safely treated.
• Use of eco-safe chemicals minimizes risk, but we are not responsible for adverse reactions on highly delicate surfaces unless noted in advance.

6. Intellectual Property
