- We strive to deliver a streak-free, professional finish on all services, including pressure washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, and restoration services.
- If you are not satisfied with the completed service, you must notify us within 48 hours of service completion.
- Upon notification, we will review the issue and, if applicable, schedule a re-service at no additional charge.
- Re-services will be performed at the discretion of Hoover Remover Pros based on the type of service, weather conditions, and site accessibility.
Note: Satisfaction guarantees are limited to services performed by Hoover Remover Pros and within the scope agreed in the original estimate.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered only in the following scenarios:

- Refunds are limited to the amount paid for the specific service and do not cover indirect damages, loss of use, or other consequential damages.
