This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, re-services, or adjustments may be offered, and the processes clients must follow.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We strive to deliver a streak-free, professional finish on all services, including pressure washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, and restoration services.
  • If you are not satisfied with the completed service, you must notify us within 48 hours of service completion.
  • Upon notification, we will review the issue and, if applicable, schedule a re-service at no additional charge.
  • Re-services will be performed at the discretion of Hoover Remover Pros based on the type of service, weather conditions, and site accessibility.

Note: Satisfaction guarantees are limited to services performed by Hoover Remover Pros and within the scope agreed in the original estimate.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only in the following scenarios:

  1. Service was not performed as described or agreed upon in the written or verbal estimate.
  2. Re-service is not feasible due to safety or logistical reasons.
  3. Payment was processed in error.

Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Hoover Remover Pros and may be partial or full, depending on the circumstances.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued for the following conditions:

  • Pre-existing damage to property surfaces or landscaping
  • Normal wear, aging, or deterioration of materials
  • Stains or discoloration that cannot be removed safely
  • Results impacted by customer-provided instructions, limited access, or obstructed areas
  • Weather-related delays or outcomes beyond our control
  • Deposits or scheduling fees once service has been scheduled

4. Deposits and Payment Terms

  • Deposits, when required to secure a service, are non-refundable once services are scheduled.
  • Final payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payments made via credit card, check, or online methods are subject to applicable banking or processing rules; any refund will follow the original payment method where feasible.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Hoover Remover Pros within 48 hours of service completion via email or phone.
  2. Provide the following information:

  • Property address
  • Date and type of service performed
  • Description of the issue or reason for refund request

6. Service Adjustments and Re-Service

  • In many cases, rather than issuing a refund, we will offer a re-service to correct any issues within the original service scope.
  • Re-service appointments will be scheduled based on availability and weather conditions.
  • Our 7-Day Rain Guarantee on window cleaning applies to eligible service areas where streaking or incomplete cleaning occurs due to rain or weather interference.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Hoover Remover Pros is not liable for property damage, surface imperfections, or outcomes caused by pre-existing conditions or environmental factors.
  • Refunds are limited to the amount paid for the specific service and do not cover indirect damages, loss of use, or other consequential damages.

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in services, pricing, or business operations. Updated policies will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
